Completed as part of the “Between Intimacy and Architecture” residency at Gilbraltar Point, Toronto Island. Building on a found list of items purchased by my parents in March – May, 1991, I purchased the same items, or when not possible, approximations.
Reading this 3-page list in its original Danish, I would at the end of each page distribute the corresponding items to those gathered to see the performance.
The value and desirability of these goods varied widely, as some items were used or exhausted. Traces of their value as personal mementos were carried forward via their exchange.
